I've accidentally "overfed" my starter several weeks in a row- 8oz of flour and 8oz of water (instead of 4oz & 4oz), and it is kept in the fridge (after 2 hrs at room temp). I will cut back on feeding it next week. Is there anything else I should do to make sure that my culture is healthy? Perhaps it needs a good workout after gorging on flour? Thanks!
