Hi I'm new at making sourdough starter and bread. I found your instructions very helpful. I follow them and my starter looks and smells amazing. But I habe a problem now: after putting my first starter yesterday in the fridge it collapsed. Is dat normal? Did I wait to much after the last feeding to cool? And should I feed it again inmidiatlly or kan I way till next week? Thanks in advance for your advice
