I took my starter out of the fridge this afternoon, fed it as usual, and set it on top of our heater to do its thing. About four hours later (my best guess, could have been less time), it was bubbling and looked to have doubled in size already. So, rather than letting it sit overnight (and potentially overflow or fall back down), I fed it again. My question is this, did I do the right thing, or should I have gone ahead and left it for 12+ hours before feeding a second time? My other question is in regards to the bubbles that form...mine are very large mostly, not tiny as the photographs here show...is this still normal or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
