The instructions for the KAF Sourdough starter had me totally confused, so I believe I did the wrong thing in step 2... Once you have fed the starter and let it sit for 8-12 hours, the instructions say to stir the starter and measure out 4 ounces. Step 2 says to mix in 4 ounces of water and 4 ounces of flour, stir well, and let sit for 6 to 8 hours. I measured out the 4 ounces at end of Step 1, set it aside, and added the 4 ounces of water and 4 ounces of flour to the remaining starter in the bowl. How do I fix this situation?
