Hi! I'm soooooo hesitant and unsure about storing my starter in the fridge :( ....ok, tell me perfectly HOW to store it in the fridge??? *sweating, nervous teeth chattering* in an airtight container? Or with its cloth over it? Will it "taste" like "refrigerator", do you know what I mean? And you said feed it once a week, do I leave it out to "eat" after its feedings ? When I'm ready to bake, I take out what I need, feed..and then....?
Maybe I'm over thinking this, I just don't want to mess it up
