I have had my starter on the counter for a week or so, and I am now ready to put it in the fridge to maintain it for future baking. Do I tightly close the top to the starter when in the fridge, or still cover it loosely? It is doing well, and I made my first recipe with it today and it turned out great. I don't want to lose my starter, just want to maintain it properly!
