OK, I have a question.
I have made four Sourdough loaves so far, all have been successful.
At the first making of the starter I put some in the deep freeze incase I lost the starter I have been feeding and using.
Question: How long can I leave the stand-by starter in the deep-freeze?
Should I discard it after say six months and replace it with fresh starter?
