Hello, i just has a few questions. I now feed my starter 2x a day roughly 12 hour intervals but i seem to have alot of dark brown hooch on top even after 5 hours? Although I haven't been getting rid of it i just stir it down. I was also wondering if you can collect all the discard in one bowl and make bread out of that? Will it rise? Lastly can u keep the discard out in room temperature or do u store it in the fridge before use?
