Good afternoon. I am waiting for our delivery of KAF sourdough starter and am very excited. We live in a neighborhood that is not on municipal water. The water that comes out of our well is a bit hard, so we put it through a water softening (water conditioner) system, which removes the excess minerals. Then I also filter it using a Brita water filter. Can you tell me if this is ok? Or should I be doing something different. Anyone heard of any issues of using well water that goes through a conditioning system?
