Hello! I feed my starter twice a day, and dump all the discard into a glass bowl in the fridge, using it for pancakes once or twice a week. Is this ok, and how long should this keep in the fridge? I assume its just like keeping a growing starter in the fridge, so it should be fine to use in this manner for a very long time, correct? Thank you!
