Welcome to sourdough baking! Follow steps 1 and 2 (in the pamphlet). If storing at room temperature, feed every 12 hours for about 2 days before increasing the quantity. If you are choosing to store the starter in the frig with weekly feedings, increase the starter into the 3rd week. Have fun! Elisabeth@KAF
