Greeting from Indonesia. It's the first time for me to make a sourdough starter.I mixed 1/2 cup all purpose flour with 1/2 cup mineral water.I fed it every 24 hours and stirred it for 12 hours.On the beginning ,It went quite well.It was bubbling and it doubled size too.However now my SD looks sluggish.No bubble at all.And there's a water layer on the top of it.Did I do it all right?Is it because of this hot climate in this tropical country?
