In the past I have been more neglectful to my starter than you have! Can you believe 10-12 weeks? I pay for it though. I usually have to feed it about 4 times before it is happy again! Unless you want a starter that is more runny, try feeding with 1 cup of flour and 1/2 of water (4 ounces of flour and 4 ounces of water). Our recipes using a starter are tested with starters that are fed in this way. Happy sourdough baking! Elisabeth@KAF
