Try giving your starter a few consecutive feedings every 12 hours and keeping it at room temperature between the feedings to see if that makes your starter more lively and bubbly. To increase the amount of viable starter you have, simply give the starter larger feedings after you discard some of the starter. You can feed it as much as 240 grams of flour and 240 grams of water at one time and give the remaining starter this same amount to be sure that you have enough for your next batch! Kye@KAF
