Take the starter out of the refrigerator the night before the bake and discard/feed before you retire. The next morning, you're both ready to bake! It may also help to call and chat with a baker (855-371-BAKE(2253) so we can tell which flour you're using and offer suggestions about how to sweeten it back to it's original tangy flavor. Irene@KAF
