I received a half a cup of starter and fed it as mentioned above. I will repeat this again tomorrow morning after keeping this at room temperature and I think I should be ready to go after that. However, I have am a little confused about when to use the fed starter in recipes. In most of your recipes it calls for fed starter, but does that mean I can start the recipe right after I have fed it or do I have to wait for a certain length of time before using it in the recipe?
