Question: How do you adjust the feeding and care of your starter if you live in a tropical climate with a lot of heat and humidity... temp. in the mid 90's into 100+ during the day ... bubbling after 3 hrs... doubled within 6 hrs. Do I feed it more often? shorten the time establishing the starter (less than 7 days)? What might be the best way to care for my sweating starter in Papua New Guinea?
