Seems I'm not the only one new to sourdough starters. The posts here have answered many questions however, I do have a few. Started mine 5 days ago. Using tap water and KA bread flour. Its very elastic and has a glue-like consistency. Not bubbling like everyone says theirs is. Is it supposed to be pourable? Do I need to use filtered water and all purpose flour? Thanks.
