Hi,
I didn't understand about the weight vs. measurements and I went from doing it "right" (1 C. starter to 1 C. flour to 1/2 C. water) to doing it wrong (changed it to 1 C. starter to 1 C. flour to 1 C. water) I now have a not very bubbly, runny started. Now that I understand what I did wrong how can I fix the problem and get my sourdough back the way it should be again!?
