I have tried following instructions. I formed my bread dough in to loaves. One in a pan and one in a free formed round loaf. The one in a pan has only filled the pan half way after 24+hours and the round loaf is pretty flat. My house is a little on the cool side so I put the breads in the oven with the light on. What am I doing wrong.
