Do I have to wash my KAF sourdough crock every time I take it out of the refrigerator, discard 1 cup, feed, and let rest for 12 hours, take what I need and feed again and re-crock? While all this is going on, can I just put the empty crock/lid with the remains of the dough back in the fridge until I refill it?
