I'm sorry for the issues you have been having with our Instant Clearjel. This product must be mixed with sugar before mixing into any substance, otherwise it will clump. This can be achieved by mixing it with the sugar in your recipe before adding it to your fruits. In the future, please feel free to email or call our Baker's Hotline for answers to baking questions.
