Please provide detailed instructions with Instant Clear Jel. I've had almost no success using it in several ways (dissolving in hot or cold water; lemon juice or hot or cold water; etc.). The only "success" I had was the diner-style fresh strawberry pie. It had a slimy texture and no one had more than their first slice. Unheard of in my house!
I suspect that I'm not the only customer who has had difficulty with Instant Clear Jel. I searched your blog and website but found no hints nor actual instructions.
