Hello, Thank you for the very informative tutorial. I was looking through the comments and wasn't able to find a answer to my question. I don't have a scale and was wondering how to measure out all but 4oz of the starter that I take out of the fridge. Would that be 1/2 cup or 1 cup of starter that I add the 1:1 ratio to feed it? Also for the starter portion should I use a dry or liquid measuring cup? Thank you very much. Nathan
