Emily, I think this can be revived. If it's truly dried, pulverize it in a blender or food processor, and feed as usual. You'll probably have to continue to feed it for several days, maybe up to a week, to get it going again. Keep it warm, keep it fed, and I'm guessing it'll spring back to life. I wouldn't worry too much about it being "bad" - harmful bacteria generally don't live in "desert" conditions. Good luck! PJH
