Shortcut Goldrush Sourdough uses a simplified breadmaking technique I have found, where I combine the starter and the dough into a one refrigerator dough process which is clean and reliable. My bread was baked with King Arthur Flour and won a First Place Blue Ribbon at the 2014 California State Fair! For King Arthur bakers, I've posted the recipe and tips on my web page.
