I have noticed that my refrigerated starter remains bubbly and seems active--the loose lid actually gets moved. I purchased the KA Starter 2 weeks ago; it was pretty thick, because I wasn't weighing the flour. I made the adjustment by discarding and then adding more water; it bubbled up really nicely, and is still bubbling in the frige. What do i do to correct this?
