New to this experience, at age 63, why did I put it off so long! My daughter started her SD 3 years ago, refrigerator kept, and makes wonderful breads. I have always just relied on the yeast breads my mom made and we love them too, but always thought I'd like to venture into this area myself. I haven't done it yet, reading up on all details first. Just wanted to let you all know how much I appreciate this site and how helpful it has been to an old beginner, and the questions are wonderful, just the things I would ask, the answers are so good and explain in detail how to achieve the goal we are all wanting. Thank you for your expertise and helpful hints. When I get going on this, I will post and let you know how good a student I have been in listening to such great teachers.
