Thank you Elizabeth, I did receive the instructions with the recipes and am following them. I only used the WWW for the first feeding and then I switched to AP. I put it in the oven with the light on and it did pretty good. There should be some wild yeast flying around here as I just made three loaves of bread a couple of days ago. I got too tired to do the third feeding so I put the started in the fridge overnight and back in the oven this morning and I'm watching to see if it will come back. It also doesn't smell like any sourdough I've ever smelled before. It just smells like flour and water. Is that right? No problem with the temp though, I live in Nevada.
