My sourdough starter (purchased from KA in 2017!) finally met its end after a period of neglect. I want to build my own new starter with your recipe. I currently have KA's white whole wheat flour on hand. Will the white whole wheat flour work as well as the standard whole wheat flour or pumpernickel flour in creating the starter? Thanks!
