Hi Sue! As long as you are feeding the starter with unbleached all purpose or bread flour every twelve hours and keeping it in the temperature range you mentioned you should definitely see some vigorous bubbling activity by this point. I would recommend giving it a single feeding with whole wheat flour to give it a boost, then go right back to all purpose flour. When fed with all purpose flour, the starter should resemble a thick muffin or pancake batter. Adjust the batter with more water or flour if it does not look like this and give our baker's hotline a call if you are still not seeing much activity. (855) 371-2253 Happy baking!
