It keeps saying 4 ounces (1 cup) and 4 ounces (1/2 cup). I wasn't sure what that meant. When you discard 1/2 the starter about 24 hours do you add 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 water or another full cup of flour and 1/2 cup water?
