I have a question, this is my first time starting a sourdough starter, I mixed the 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup bottled water. Mine is really thick, is that how it’s supposed to be and it will liquid up as I fed it. Or did I not get the water ratio right. Thank you
