Hi! This is my first go at sourdough starter and I have questions. After the first 24 hours the starter was bubbling on top and active. After that it seemed to stop being bubbly. Maybe one or two bubbles on the top and nothing from the side. I have been feeding 2 times a day per the recipe and the starter stays the same. I am on my 7th day and really dont see much happening. I live in central NY and it is cool here. I have the starter in my oven with the light on. I ran out of all purpose flour today so I used King A bread flour.....is this bad? I will run to the market tomorrow.
