I am about to give up on this sourdough starter. It looked like it was gearing up to move but when I switched to the AP flour recommended on your web site it just sat there. No activity. I am trying a new batch and it looked good with the whole where but when I started with the AP flour>>>nothing. So should I go back to the whole wheat flour which appeared to be working somewhat. Temp in my house is in the 80's so should not be a temp problem. VERY frustrated. Why is something so simple so hard?
