Hello, how many cups of starter will I have after it’s made. I think I’ve been reading this wrong. I’ve been discarding 1/2 cup of 113g starter and adding 1 cup and 1/2 cup water to starter. Do I need to be discarding ALL but 1/2 cup 113g starter? So confused. As I have at leat 5 cups of starter in a crock.
