Thank you! I'm experiencing the same issue. I'm on day 4 and it's pretty runny since yesterday but I just stirred it back in. I'm using store brand AP flour. It sounds like I should just continue as I am?? I read somewhere about using bread flour because the higher gluten will help absorb the water better.
