Hello! I'm on day 3 of creating my sough dough starter and have noticed a significant amount of liquid settling...at first on the bottom of the starter but now on the top of the starter after my morning feeding session. should I pour this off or just mix in the liquid and then discard half for the next feeding tonight?? Thanks so much!
