I am on day 3 of making my starter. I realized just now that one day two I used more White Whole Wheat KA flour instead of regular all purpose. Today I will use the All Purpose but first is my starter okay with Day 1 & 2 having the whole wheat? Also if I want to save the discard in my fridge can I keep adding each days discard to one container?
