Hi, my starter is a few weeks old. I tried To bake a loaf (the starter floated a few days before the bake but i did Not test the day of the bake). The loaf did not form correctly.... long story short it seems my starter has regressed! Not bubbling hardly at all, shouldI continue to feed on twice a day schedule, feed it more, give it time to rest? I fear it Is dying . I have Been using 75% bread flour and 25% wheat flour to feed.
