First three days of my starter everything looked good then...nothing. On day 7 I transferred starter to oven. By day 8 I was really frustrated because still nothing was happening and figured I would only feed it once. Day 9 still not a whole lot was happening and day 10 and 11 I fed it once since I was starting to give up. This morning, day 12, my starter looked really active...I think I finally made it. Three hours into feeding it it has doubled.
