I just "started" a starter this morning. Mine too was quite dense and I think I had overpacked my cup of flour. I did add a little extra water to pull in the dry bits of flour, but it was not nearly as thin as a pancake batter. Can I still use what I've created? Any adjustments to make tomorrow? Thank you for any guidance you can provide!
