I only started this about 5 hours ago, so I assume its fine that there's no activity yet, but I'm concerned that the initial mix (I used whole wheat flour and bottled water, measured using a scale) came out very thick and pasty, and I now worry that it was too dry - is this the texture/consistency its supposed to be, or did I do something wrong? Should I have add more water/is that still possible if it's indeed too dry? My home is about 71 degrees.
