I started my sourdough starter 6 days ago with white whole wheat flour and then realized that I have been adding bleached all purpose flour. I do get bubbles daily and rising, and have been feeding it. Now that I am not day 7, what are my next steps? When will i know it is ready? Using unbleached flour going to show the same air bubbles/foam on top? I am determined to get sourdough bread!
