On day 2 of my starter and it seems a bit over enthused. It has doubled in size in 3-4 hours. I have taken it from the oven light oven to our room temp of about 67°. Can it over rise? Will it use up its food? Should I fear my wild yeast? 😊Should I just relax? Thanks.
