Hi, Johnny! Feel free to keep feeding your starter wheat flour, white flour, rye flour, or even a mix. We advise folks to switch to all-purpose flour primarily because (in normal times, at least) this is the least expensive and most accessible type of flour. But you can feed your starter with most types of flour! Some bakers even keep multiple starters that are fed with different flours specifically because they enjoy the different flavors and aromas each produces. Happy baking!
