Hi, Gambra! While bleached flour isn't ideal, it won't kill your yeast. It may take your starter longer to mature, though. Feel free to switch your starter to a schedule that works better for you. If 7am and pm is good, go ahead and let it wait a bit longer before feeding to make the time switch. You're doing great!
