Hello. This is my first time to try sourdough starter. I used bleached flour without realizing it. Is that ok? Also, I began the process at 1:00 p.m. and now realize on Day 3, it's supposed to be fed every 12 hours, which means I'll have to get up at 1:00 a.m. in the morning to feed it. Can it wait until maybe 6 or 7 a.m. Yikes!!
