So my starter is done.. but we don't bake regularly enough to keep a starter our and feed it daily as we bake about once a week. I know if I leave my starter our I need to feed it daily to keep it going. When you put it in the frig to slow things down... how often do you need to pull it out and feed it from the fridge so I don't have to start over? Thanks!
