I have two starters going based on this recipe; one is 12 days in and the other is 7 days in. I have bubbling in both and small rises (about half an inch in a 1.5 quart jar). I've kept them at room temp, I've kept them in the oven with the light on, but still, I only get bubbling. I started with whole wheat flour and switched to unbleached AP flour. I've been following the feeding directions to the letter. What can I do to get that double in size rise?
